Tax and Shipping Information


Tax:

Residents of Illinois must add the appropriate sales tax of 7.5% as we have our warehouse located in this state. 

Shipping:

We ship most orders same day! We do our best to ensure that your purchase arrives as soon as possible. All orders placed by phone or online will ship SAME business day if ordered by 4 p.m. Central time. 

We make effort to ship your order quickly, which does not always allow time to modify or cancel an order. We will provide changes and modifications when we are able.

All items are shipped from our warehouse in Geneva, Illinois. 

Free shipping:

Free shipping applies to online orders that total over $75.00. Free shipping is ONLY in the US/48.

Shipping Methods:

We ship UPS or USPS. Shipping rates are determined by the weight of an order. You select your preferred method during checkout.

If you are unsure of the best shipping method or need to receive your order by a certain date, please call The Great Patriot at 331-333-2272 and we can help you choose the best shipping method.

Please note that we ship to the exact address that you enter when placing your order. We cannot reimburse shipping for orders shipped to the incorrect address.  

Damaged Shipments:

If you receive a shipment with a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours. This way we can resolve this issue immediately and file a claim with UPS or USPS. 

Returns:

At The Great Patriot, we strive for quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have any questions or concerns, please call us at 331-333-2272 or email us at customerservice@thegreatpatriot.com

All returns must be requested within 14 days upon receipt of your order. We will gladly exchange your item(s) providing the merchandise is unused and returned in its original packaging. However, you are responsible for the shipping charge unless damaged. The Great Patriot suggests that you ship your return via UPS or any shipping service that will be able to track your package. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Damages:

All damaged products and/or shortages MUST be reported within 10 days upon receipt of your order. “Damage products” refers to bent, broken, or severely scratched merchandise that may have occurred through shipping. Many of our products have a weathered, rustic appearance. This is NOT considered damaged. Please inspect your items thoroughly before discarding any packaging material.

If you receive a damage item(s), please contact us at 331-333-2272 prior to returning the merchandise for proper instructions. If you would like a replacement, we will send one out immediately (at our cost) or refund your total purchase, including shipping.
